grown to include scanning of paper questionnaires, World
Wide Web interviewing services, CATI interviewing,
CAPI and CATI script writing and consulting, and
full-service assistance in conducting mail surveys,
questionnaire layout, mailing services, and processing and
tabulation of returns.
