Systems is now providing advanced telephone data collection
services. We have successfully completed a number of studies and
look forward to working with you on your next CATI project.
The new call center
features Virtual Monitoring over the Internet. This unique
service enables clients to click on any interview within their
project and see each screen as it appears to the interviewer and
hear the conversation between the interviewer and the respondent.
Star Data Systems has
recruited competent interviewers who have excellent conversation
skills. The average age of our workforce is 35 and many have college
degrees.
Mixed mode studies, CATI and
Web/paper, are a specialty of Star Data Systems. We use Pulse Train
software (www.pulsetrain.com),
one of the leading survey software systems in the world. It allows
any study to be fielded, no matter how complex the questionnaire
