Star Data Systems,
Inc., a subsidiary of Pulse Train’s Sales and Support Agent in North
America, has opened a 20 station call center in its North Palm
Beach, Florida office. The call center, opened in early August of
this year, utilizes the latest in interviewing technology,
incorporating both Bellview CATI Version 6 and Bellview Fusion as
well as TCI, Pulse Train’s automatic dialer.
The call center has
already completed several large-scale jobs, including a Web-panel
recruiting project involving a telephone recruiting interview to
obtain respondents for a Bellview Web survey panel, a telephone
recruit for a Bellview Scan survey, several industrial surveys and a
potato product awareness, trial and usage (ATU) study.
As an incentive to
utilize Star Data’s call center, the company offers some unique
services not generally available elsewhere, including “Virtual
Monitoring” and Pulsar Web tables for key data. “Virtual Monitoring”
takes advantage of Pulse Train’s deferred monitoring feature in TCI by
recording every interview and making these recordings available to the
client via streaming audio files on Star Data’s MrSurvey.com website,
or as files on CD-ROM at the end of each study where the client can
hear the audio and actually see what the interviewer records on each
survey screen.
“Having key data
available to the client via Pulse Train’s Pulsar Web software makes a
big difference to our clients’ peace of mind and to our own time
management”, says Hank Copeland, Star Data’s president. “Clients like
seeing the most current figures available day or night on our website,
and we like not having to do special counts to provide them,” he
continued.
Star Data’s call
center manager, Patricia Oliphant is also very pleased with Bellview’s
performance so far. “Overall, I am very impressed with the ease that
we were able to get the software up and running, and I am sure that
TCI and the auto-dialer have had a positive effect on our bottom
line. And that makes everyone happy.” |
